OUR PRODUCTS
Xoxobaby products are made in Cape Town, South Africa. We source only 100% combed cotton fabric which are printed with water-based inks, free from toxic substances. We strive to make our product descriptions and images accurate. Colours vary according to screen display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Regarding our themes: We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice or penalty. If you don’t see quite what you want, tell us. We can make just about anything. We are open to suggestions.

The prices displayed on our site are quoted in ZAR.
OUR FABRICS
Quality is our priority, and we insist on using the best fabrics available. Our prints are created using rotary printing process which produces a high quality result. Inks are heated to a high level, creating a stronger bond with fabric weave. This makes fabric softer and resistant to fading. 100% combed cotton fabrics are sourced locally. Cushions and pillows are filled with microfiber non-allergenic polyester. Studs on bibs are nickel-free and safe for your baby.
SLEEP SAFETY
Your baby must remain at a safe temperature while sleeping. Add/remove sleepwear to maintain comfort and avoid overheating. Secure bumpers and do not use once your baby can sit up unaided. Do not place toys, blankets, pillows or quilts in the crib when baby is sleeping. Ensure sheets are not loose and secure around mattress corners. Our fitted sheets have elastic all round which ensures a snug fit. Securely fit cover to changing mat.
RETURNS
The customer should choose carefully, we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or repair, xoxobaby needs to be notified within 7 days from date of dispatch, where goods are defective, wrongly described, different to the sample shown to you or does not perform. Return these products excluding custom and clearance costs, within 30 days of shipping, for refund or exchange. Email details of return to order@xoxobaby.co.za or to selected store, stating invoice number on return. Products must be unwashed, in original condition, with packaging. We recommend insuring packages and shipping via tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for packages that fail to arrive. Once we receive and check your return, we will issue a refund/exchange and confirm via email. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders that qualified for free shipping will have shipping costs deducted before refund.

All goods sold on our website are carefully selected and of the highest quality and created in-house.
Our mandate is to only promote and sell locally made products. The nature of the products we stock means that each item has been made with special care, and many of our products are also only made to order when stocks are limited on store shelves. This means that products we sell might take longer to reach you, but it will be worth the wait.
Conclusion of Sales and availability of stock.
Prior to delivery of the Goods, you may cancel an order at any time provided you do so before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. After delivery of the Goods, you may cancel the Sale only in accordance with the Returns Policy.

PRICING ERRORS
Xoxobaby reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or any other reason. Xoxobaby Group will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has changed.
