Once you have ordered we will send your order out within 7 working days. We will email you as soon as your order is dispatched. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- Items will not be refunded if you have made an error in your choice, however we will offer a credit or exchange. Notify us within 48 hours, return item(s) at your expense and we will gladly exchange for something else or offer a voucher less shipping cost. No cash refund. Must be in its original condition – unused and unwashed.
- If an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return it and I will offer a refund on your payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

We use the secure and trusted Payfast service. Payfast process credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) & Instant EFT (bank transfers to any of SA’s four biggest banks that get instantly verified)

Every now and then someone experiences technical issues. Please email exactly what you would like to orders@xoxobaby.co.za. We will send you an invoice and our banking details for payment.
